Trevor Lee Makes Court Appearance

(Salt Lake City, UT) — Yesterday, former Utah State Representative Trevor Lee made his first court appearance since he was charged with felony forgery and fraud. Prosecutors accuse him of using fake employment and income information to obtain a one-million-dollar home loan. The 35-year-old has not yet entered a plea. Yesterday in court, he formally confirmed he was aware of the charges against him. He’ll be back in court on November 23rd. After the charges were first announced last month, he resigned his District 16 House seat in Layton.
