Salt Lake City Woman Chased Down Fiance, Rammed His Car, Police Say

SANDY, Utah-This past weekend, a Salt Lake City woman was arrested over the weekend after police say she chased down and rammed her fleeing fiancee several times with her car.

32-year-old Megan Brianne Camden was arrested for investigation of seven counts of aggravated assault, reckless driving and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Saturday, Sandy Police were dispatched to a “road rage” incident that was in progress.

A police affidavit confirms “Megan Camden was chasing her fiance in her vehicle, attempting to arrest him for a warrant she thought he had.”

Camden and her fiance each traveled “at a high rate of speed through a residential area,” per the affidavit.

Camden also opened her door through the drive, leaning out the window to yell at her fiance, the affidavit stated.

Camden then rammed the vehicle that the man and two other people were in three times, per authorities.

After Camden was stopped and arrested, she was searched and found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia, the affidavit stated.
