KAYSVILLE, Utah-Tuesday afternoon, Kaysville Police are investigating a “high-impact” traffic crash that killed a driver.
A Utah Transit Authority bus was pulled over at a bus stop at 100 S. Main, Kaysville when a vehicle struck a bus from behind per UTA spokesman Carl Arky.
Two people were extricated from the vehicle and taken to nearby hospitals. One person on the bus was injured as well.
The deceased individual has not been publicly identified.
The Utah Highway Patrol will work with Kaysville Police to investigate the crash.
Drivers were advised to consider alternate routes through the area while investigators remain on scene.
