Nelson Addresses Age In Social Media Post

(Salt Lake City, UT) — The president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is addressing his age ahead of this weekend’s General Conference. President Russell M. Nelson expressed his appreciation for still being able to take part in the conference in a social media post yesterday. He said his body reminds him every day that he is nearly a century old, even as his mind wonders where the years have gone. He also expressed his gratitude for “strong colleagues” that he can lean on, as well as the privilege of still being able to serve the Church. The general conference will be held tomorrow and Sunday in Salt Lake City.
