(Salt Lake City, UT) — Utah’s primary election has left several familiar faces in first place. In Utah’s 1st Congressional District, former Representative Ben McAdams won the Democratic nomination. He previously served in Congress from 2019 to 2021. Representative Blake Moore fended off a GOP challenge as he runs for another term in the heavily Republican 2nd Congressional District. Moore will face Democratic candidate Peter Crosby in November’s general election. Representative Celeste Maloy also fended off a GOP challenge. She’s currently representing the 3rd Congressional District.
