HEBER CITY, Utah-Heber Valley residents have the opportunity to express their thoughts concerning the performance of the Heber Valley Environmental Impact Statement this autumn.

Wasatch County Library: 465 E. 1200 South, Heber City
Heber City Administration Building: 75 N. Main, Heber City
Wasatch County Administration Building: 25 N. Main, Heber City
The paper copies, upon completion, should be mailed to the Utah Department of Transportation.
If you choose to fill out a paper survey, please remember postage has already been paid for.
All that is required is folding the survey and mailing it in one of the provided envelopes at these locations.
