UINTA-WASATCH-CACHE NATIONAL FOREST, Utah-Monday, The Heber-Kamas Ranger District of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest successfully burned 500 slash piles.
These were along the Spring Canyon Road within an area of 174 acres.
Weather permitting, the plan for Tuesday is to ensue in the burning of slash piles along the Spring Canyon road or the Iron Mine area.
