HEBER CITY, Utah-While newly appointed Heber City Mayor Heidi Franco will not take over in her new role until January 4, she, and the other current Heber City councilmembers, still engaged in important votes concerning the future of the community Tuesday evening.
This information was revealed early Wednesday morning.
Franco and her fellow Heber City councilmembers, Wayne Hardman, Mike Johnston, former Heber Valley Radio worker Rachel Kahler and Ryan Stack, performed these votes.
Concerning the Resolution 2021-17 Budget Amendment, which can be viewed at the following Web site: https://www.heberut.gov/256/, the votes conducted were as follows:
Franco: Aye
Hardman: Aye
Johnston: Aye
Kahler: Aye
Stack: Aye
The Resolution 2021-18 Water Conservation Plan saw all of the councilmember vote aye unanimously as well.
Concerning Ordinance 2021-38 (Highlands), Franco and Kahler voted Nay and Hardman, Johnston and Stack voted Aye.
Concerning the Old Mill Amendment to the Master Plan, all who voted are continued.
