Flooding Hits Multiple Parts Of Utah

(Brighton, UT) — Flooding is affecting multiple parts of Utah. Big Cottonwood Canyon is closed to uphill traffic while crews work to clear SR-190. In Southern Utah, there were flash flood warnings issued yesterday afternoon for parts of Kane and Washington counties. Life-threatening flooding is possible in Zion National Park, Springdale and Rockville. There is also flooding on Nine Mile Road in Carbon County. Even as those warnings expire, hikers and motorists should be careful.
