UINTA-WASATCH-CACHE NATIONAL FOREST, Utah-The Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest has confirmed fire personnel on the Heber-Kamas Ranger District will burn 150 slash piles Friday and Saturday March 25 and 26.
This will be done in the Cold Spring Area located east of Soapstone Junction and Mirror Lake Highway.
The purpose of the burning is to reduce hazardous fuels.
