Ban On Flavored Vape Products Temporarily Stopped

(Salt Lake City, UT) — A ban on flavored vape products will not go into effect this week across Utah. Senate Bill 61, called Electronic Cigarette Amendments, was signed by the governor in March. The legislation would outlaw the sale of flavored vape products and would outlaw the sale of any vape product not authorized by the federal government. The ban would have started yesterday, but a judge has granted a restraining order which will delay the restrictions under further notice.
