SPANISH FORK, Utah-Wednesday, a 40-year-old man missing from Spanish Fork was located and is now safe.

Chris Baird had last been seen prior to his return around 9:30 pm Sunday, leaving his home. Police reported Baird had been driving his 2015 Dodge Pro Master van with UT E905DC and no rear windows.

On Twitter Wednesday morning, his wife, Karen Baird, confirmed he had safely returned.

Baird is the father to an 11-month-old baby and three adopted children, per authorities.
