HEBER CITY, Utah-Christopher Cook had scoring runs of 9, 2, 2 and 15 yards as the Wasatch Wasps pounded Maple Mountain 56-14 Friday in Region 9 play at Wright-Tree Stadium.
The Wasps improved to 5-1 and 2-0 in Region 9 play with the victory.
Quezon Villa threw a 16-yard touchdown pass to Jarinn Kalama and added a 5-yard scoring run for the Wasps in the rout.
Connor Geake (4 yards) and Crew Erickson (5 yards) added scoring runs for the Wasps in victory.
Wasatch next hosts 5-A No. 1 (UHSAA RPI) Springville Friday at 7:00 pm.
