LIMA, Peru-Aug. 17, The First Lady of Peru visited with leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the nation.

Lilia Paredes, the wife of Peruvian president Pedro Castillo, met with Elder Jorge F. Zeballos, president of the South America Northwest Area.

Elder Zeballos was accompanied by his wife, Carmen Gloria Valenzuela, at the Church at La Molina at La Molina, a district in the Lima Province.

Paredes and her entourage toured the Church’s administrative offices and learned about the Church’s humanitarian program.
