Groundbreaking For Pittsburgh Temple Occurs

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa.-Saturday, the groundbreaking ceremony occurred for the Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Presiding at the groundbreaking ceremony was Elder Randall K. Bennett of the Quorum of Seventy.

Upon completion, the temple will be a 32,000-square foot single story temple to be constructed on a 5.8-acre site at Cranberry Township, Pa.

Several local Latter-day Saints shared their testimony at the event. They included Elder T. Michael Price, an area authority Seventy.
