SALT LAKE CITY-Luis Rengifo posted 2 RBI and the Salt Lake Bees blanked Sacramento 6-0 in Triple A-West play Monday at Smith’s Ballpark.

Jose Rojas, Michael Stefani and Dalton Pompey also added RBI for the Bees, who improved to 42-47 in winnig their third straight game.

Jake Petricka earned the win on the mound for the Bees to improve to 5-1 on the season.

The Bees and River Cats conclude their series Tuesday at 6:35 pm at Smith’s Ballpark.

Pioneer League

OGDEN, Utah-Raul Shah homered and the Ogden Raptors exploded for 11 3rd Inning runs in a 25-6 rout of Billings Monday at Lindquist Field in Pioneer League play.

Anthony Donatella earned the win on the mound for the Raptors, who improved to 43-32 with the win.

Jalen Garcia homered in the loss for the Mustangs, who fell to 34-41.

After taking Tuesday off, the Raptors head to Grand Junction for a six-game series.
