WASATCH COUNTY, Utah-A crash has occurred Thursday evening in both directions on US 40 at milepost 15 at 5:04 pm.

The Utah Highway Patrol has confirmed at least one fatality because of this incident. The highway has been shut down at this time. An alternate route is necessary.

Troopers are on scene of a fatal crash on US-40 at MM 15. Two vehicles involved. One confirmed fatality, another was serious injuries but in stable condition. Additional details will follow on DPS News shortly. Expect delays in the area as the roadway is shut down at the moment.
