Triple A West

SUMMERLIN, Nev.-Scott Schebler, Brennon Lund and Jo Adell each homered in the pivotal 6th Inning as the Salt Lake Bees surged past Las Vegas 8-5 at the Las Vegas Ballpark Monday in Triple A West play.

The Aviators led 4-0 after four as Skye Bolt and Francisco Pena each homered for Las Vegas with Vimael Machin adding a pair of RBI in the first inning for the Aviators.

The Bees’ 6th Inning produced seven runs and ultimately propelled Salt Lake to victory as the Bees improved to 8-9.

Schebler added an insurance 9th Inning RBI single to help Salt Lake secure the win. Jake Buchanan improved to 1-1 on the season for the Bees in getting the victory on the mound.

Las Vegas fell to 8-9 with the loss. The Bees and Aviators conclude the series Tuesday with the opening pitch at 8:05 pm MDT.

Pioneer League

OGDEN, Utah-Frankie Jezioro posted 2 RBI and the Ogden Raptors doubled up Boise 2-1 Monday at Lindquist Field in Pioneer League play. Drew Reveno earned the win on the mound for the Raptors.
