SALT LAKE CITY-Monday, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints advanced select temples worldwide to Phase 2 of reopening.

Phase 2 consists of temples being open for living ordinances only with restrictions.

The Salt Lake City-based faith confirmed its temples at Los Angeles, California and Montreal, Quebec are advancing to Phase 2 of reopening March 29.

Furthermore, three more temples: Lima, Peru, Manaus, Brazil and Regina, Saskatchewan, will resume Phase 2 operations after being paused March 29.
