SPANISH FORK, Utah-Bryce Frogley scored in regulation and the Wasatch Wasps outlasted Spanish Fork 4-3 on penalty kicks in the shootout for the Region 8 victory Monday. Matt Conway foud the net in defeat for the Dons. Wasatch improved to 1-0 on the young season.
