442,476 Utahns have been vaccinated. This is an increase of 16,778 in the past 24 hours.
325,171 Utahns (73.5 percent) have received one dose.
117,305 Utahns (26.5 percent) have received the recommended two doses.
4,905 Wasatch County residents have now been vaccinated. That is an increase of 370 from Tuesday’s report.
3,730 Wasatch County residents (76.1 percent) have received one dose.
1,175 Wasatch County residents (23.9 percent) have received both doses.
For the 15th straight day, Utah set a new state record for recovery percentage. 91.3 percent of cases in Utah (326,237-357,339) are now recovered.
8.2 [8.21] percent of cases statewide (29,337-326,237) are active cases.
In the past 24 hours, new recoveries (2,135) exceeded new active cases (-853) and new net recorded cases (1,299).
There are 296,900 more recoveries than active cases statewide.
Of the 14,007 all-time hospitalizations for covid-19, 323 are currently hospitalized in Utah or 2.31 percent.
Of the 323, 131 are in ICU or 40.6 percent of ICU occupancy.
80.3 percent of ICU beds are occupied statewide and 84 percent of ICU referral center beds.
1,765 deaths have been attributed to covid-19 in Utah or 0.49 [0.494] percent of all cases.
Wasatch County School District has 30 active cases out of 673 all-time cases or 4.5 percent.
Wasatch County has 4,184 all-time cases, 93 all-time hospitalizations and 18 all-time deaths attributed to the virus.
