SPANISH FORK, Utah-The Maple Mountain Golden Eagles downed Wasatch 7-3 Monday in the resumption of a Region 9 baseball game from Friday. Gage Schiess drove in a run in defeat for the Wasps.

HEBER CITY, Utah-Randee Pace drove in four runs and the Uintah Utes overpowered Wasatch 15-7 Monday in non-region softball play. Olivia Pope posted six strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Utes.
