SPANISH FORK, Utah-Ashton Gurney, Carter Bucad and Cole Zimmerman each drove in a pair of runs and the Wasatch Wasps surged past Spanish Fork 11-3 in Region 9 baseball play Wednesday. Walker Evans drove in two runs in the loss for the Dons.

SPANISH FORK, Utah-The Wasatch Wasps downed the Maple Mountain Golden Eagles 11-8 Wednesday in Region 9 boys lacrosse play.

HEBER CITY, Utah-The Maple Mountain Golden Eagles edged Wasatch 5-4 in Region 9 girls lacrosse play Wednesday at Wright-Tree Stadium. Grace Erker posted three goals and Kaia Anderson also scored in the loss for the Wasps.
