ST. GEORGE, Utah-Saturday, Utah Tech men’s basketball head coach Jon Judkins announced the addition of guard Aric Demings to the Trailblazers’ program Saturday.

Demings is a 6-foot guard out of DeSoto, Texas who starred at Duncanville High School (Texas).

During his high school career for the Panthers, Demings led them to three Texas 6A state championships and two national championships.

The Panthers won the 2022-23 USA Today national title following a 29-1 season.

Demings said Judkins “and the entire staff felt like family” when asked why he chose Utah Tech to continue his basketball career.
