Heber City Police Department Shift Report: 3/26

HEBER CITY, Utah-Monday, the Heber City Police Department released its shift report for March 26.

Case #2303-1213/Suspicious: Officers responded to a report of someone possibly being in the complainant’s residence.

Case #2303-1215/Suspicious: Complainant reported two females screaming at each other and sounding like they were threatening to kill each other. The complainant activated her car alarm and the females stopped arguing.

Case #2303-1219/Suspicious: The desk clerk at Holiday Inn, 1268 S. Main, Heber City, reported odd behavior from an older gentleman staying there. He was reportedly upset at the staff for allegedly taking his wallet.

Case #2303-1220/Theft: Complainant reported he had placed an advertisement on Facebook Marketplace for vehicle rims. The buyer had picked them up from his home and said he would send the money via Venmo. As of yet, the victim has not received payment from the suspect, he stated, and the suspect is “giving the victim the runaround.”

Case #2303-1230/Citizen Assist: Complainant reported he worked for Door Dash and someone complained he did not deliver the food.
