HEBER CITY, Utah-Thursday morning, the Heber City Police Department released its shift report for March 15.

Case #2303-0722/Citizen Dispute: Officer responded to the Rocky Mountain Care Center Lodge, 544 E. 1200 South, Heber City, for a reported altercation between two residents.

Case #2303-0728/Suspicious: Officer responded to the Petco parking lot, 1268 US 189 Suite #500, Heber City, on the report of a female found unconscious in her vehicle.

Case #2303-0737/DUI: Following a hit-and-run accident investigation at 1200 S. Mill Road, Heber City, the driver was arrested for DUI, an open container, leaving the scene of a non-injury accident and driving on a revoked registration.

Case #2303-0747/Drugs: Following a traffic stop at 500 S. Main, Heber City, the driver was arrested for charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a revoked drivers license and his active warrant.

The front seat passenger and backseat passenger were found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Both were cited and released.

Case #2303-0748/DUI: Following a traffic investigation on Baxter Drive, the driver was arrested for DUI.
