February 8
Case #2302-0393/PD Traffic Accident: Traffic Accident investigation at 525 N. 250 West, Heber City
Case #2302-0397/Drugs: Following a traffic stop in the parking lot of Dutch Bros Coffee, 1231 S. 300 West, Heber City, the driver was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and driving with an expired license.
Case #2302-0409/Drugs: Following a traffic stop at 400 N. Main, Heber City, the driver was arrested for possession of drugs.
Case #2302-0410/Drugs: Following a traffic stop at 800 N. Main, Heber City, the driver was arrested with distribution, possession of a controlled substance (x2), possession of paraphernalia and restricted items in a corrections facility.

Case #2302-0308/Agency Assist: Summit County asked Heber City Police Department officers to assist in discovering the location of a lost cell phone
Case #2302-0313/Suspicious: Officers responded to call suspicious blood in the driveway of a local business
Case #2302-0318/Transient Assist: Officer offered to help a male transient at 100 East and 500 North, Heber City
Case #2302-0319/Citizen Assist: Complainant called in, stating that construction workers attempted to make a new road leading to their construction site through her property
