HEBER CITY, Utah-Tuesday, the Heber Valley Police Department released its shift report for January 30:
Case #2301-1514/Citizen Assist: Complainant requested a “keep the peace” so she could remove items from the home she shared with her ex-husband
Case #2301-1517/Citizen Dispute: Complainant reported her son was stealing money from her and threatening her
Case #2301-1521/Juvenile Problem: Complainant reported a group of juveniles who nearly broke a window throwing snowballs
Case #2301-1525/Medical: Officers assisted EMS with a 7-month-old infant having an allergic reaction
Case #2301-1534/Warrant Service: Following a traffic stop at 705 S. Main, Heber City, the driver was arrested for an active warrant
Case #2301-1553/Traffic Offense: Following a traffic stop at Mountainland One Stop, 1175 S. Main, Heber City, the driver was cited for driving on a suspended (2nd or subsequent offense), no license on possession, and state tax impounded the vehicle
Case #2301-1556/Intoxication: Officers responded to the report of a highly intoxicated male in the parking lot at Burger King, 171 Gateway Drive, Heber City
Case #2301-1554/Warrant Service: Following a traffic stop at 1175 S. Main, a passenger in the vehicle was arrested for multiple active warrants.
