HEBER CITY, Utah-The Heber City Police Department released its shift report for December 12 Tuesday:

Case #2212-0535/Parking Problem: officer responded to the area of 100 N. Main, Heber City, upon being requested by UDOT plow drivers to remove a vehicle for snow removal

Case #2212-0541/Parking Problem: officer responded to the area of Baxter Drive because of vehicles parked there after a snowstorm. Vehicles found were tagged with warnings.

Case #2212-0543/PD Traffic Accident: Traffic Accident investigation at 1200 South and 400 East, Heber City

Case #2212-0544/Civil Complaint: civil issue at Sunbelt Rentals, 280 W. South Highway 189, Heber City. This concerned the return of snowmobiles.

Case #2212-0557/Identity Fraud: complainant reported someone used her social security number and attempted to file a tax return in her name with a different address.

Case #2212-0575/Drugs: Following a traffic stop at Dutch Bros Coffee, 1231 S. 300 West, Heber City, the driver was arrested for two counts of possession of schedule 1 drug and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
