EDMONTON, Alberta, Canada-Chris Boucher’s 11 points and 10 rebounds led the way as the Toronto Raptors overpowered Utah 114-92 Sunday in the preseason opener for both squads Sunday at Rogers Place.
The Raptors used a balanced scoring attack as 17 Toronto players scored during the game.
Toronto outscored the Jazz 64-33 in the second half to turn a close game into a rout.
Lauri Markkanen’s 20 points and 5 rebounds on 7-12 from the field led the Jazz in the loss.
Utah returns to action in the preseason Tuesday as they face the Portland Trail Blazers at Seattle.
