2209-1090/Fleeing. 588 S. Main, Heber City: A Heber City Police Department officer attempted to stop a vehicle on Main Street that was stolen out of Orem. It fled until crashing into the Industrial Parkway. The driver fled on foot but a passenger was apprehended.
