EL PASO, Texas-Brandon Dixon homered and the El Paso Chihuahuas humbled Salt Lake 5-1 Saturday at Southwest University Park in Pacific Coast League action.

Aaron Leasher recorded four strikeouts in two innings of work for the Chihuahuas to earn the win on the mound and improve to 6-6 on the season.

Torii Hunter Jr.’s RBI double paced the Bees in defeat.

Salt Lake fell to 60-68 while El Paso improved to 68-59.

The Bees and Chihuahuas conclude the series Sunday at 12:05 pm at Southwest University Park.
