RENO, Nev.-Jake Gatewood homered twice, including a grand slam, as the Salt Lake Bees routed Reno 16-6 Wednesday at Greater Nevada Field in Pacific Coast League play.

Brian Moran earned the win on the mound for the Bees as he posted four strikeouts in two innings of play.

Moran improved to 3-1 on the season with the win.

Corbin Carroll and Yonny Hernandez each drove in a pair of runs for the Aces in the loss.

Salt Lake, the winners of four straight, improved to 46-49 with the win. Reno fell to 52-43 in the loss.

The Bees and Aces return to action Thursday at 7:35 pm at Greater Nevada Field.
