SPOKANE, Wash.-Per Friday news, Weber State football will participate at the Big Sky Conference media day Saturday-Monday July 23-25 at Spokane, Wash.

The Wildcats’ representatives will be head coach Jay Hill, junior offensive lineman Noah Atagi and junior cornerback Eddie Heckard.

Events include media interviews, video and photo shoots and a youth football clinic conducted by Big Sky Conference football players.

Saturday evening, the Big Sky Hall of Fame banquet will occur, including 14 inductees in the inaugural class.

Among the inductees is former Weber State and current Portland Trail Blazers star guard Damian Lillard.

Monday, the Big Sky polls and preseason all-conference teams will be announced and there will be interviews with players and coaches.

The Wildcats commence the regular season September 1 by hosting NCAA Division II Western Oregon at Stewart Stadium.
