NEW YORK-Friday, Utah senior tight end Dalton Kincaid and BYU sophomore tight end Isaac Rex were named to the 2022 John Mackey Award watch list Friday.

This award is annually given to the nation’s most outstanding tight end.

In 2021, Kincaid hauled in 36 receptions for 510 yards and eight scores for the Utes.

Last season, Rex netted 18 receptions for 191 yards and three touchdowns. Rex’s most successful season came in 2020 when he posted 37 receptions for 429 yards and 12 scores.
