SALT LAKE CITY-Marcus Wilson posted a pair of RBI and the Tacoma Rainiers bested Salt Lake 5-3 Thursday afternoon at Smith’s Ballpark in Pacific Coast League play.

Darren McCaughan posted four strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win for the Rainiers on the mound. McCaughan improved to 4-4 on the season with the victory.

Jake Gatewood and Monte Harrison homered in defeat for the Bees.

Tacoma improves to 21-35 on the season as the Bees slump to 30-27.

The Bees return to action Friday at Oklahoma City as they commence a 3-game series against the Dodgers.
