OGDEN, Utah-Jesus Valdez and Sonny Ulliana each homered and the Ogden Raptors bested Northern Colorado 11-8 Wednesday at Lindquist Field in Pioneer League play.

Emmanuel Rosario earned the win on the mound for the Raptors as he posted two strikeouts in 3.2 innings of work.

Alex Jackson and Brandon Crosby each drove in a pair of runs for the Owlz in defeat as they fell to 5-7.

The Raptors improved to 9-3 as they have won eight of their past 11 contests.

Ogden and Northern Colorado resume their series Thursday at 7:00 pm at Lindquist Field.
