HEBER CITY, Utah-Grant Mahoney and Kolden Hafen drove in three runs apiece and the No. 12 Wasatch Wasps surged past No. 21 Cedar Valley 10-2 to sweep this 5A regionals series against the Aviators Saturday. Bridger Shaw posted four strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Wasps. Ashton Pincock and Brody Blodgett drove in a run apiece in defeat for Cedar Valley. Wade Larsen drove in two runs in the loss for Bonneville. Viewmont next visits No. 8 Murray in the 5A Super Regionals May 14-15.
SPANISH FORK, Utah-Boston Duvall homered and the No. 20 Spanish Fork Dons stonewalled No. 7 Clearfield 7-1 to sweep the Falcons in this 5A Regionals series Saturday. Sammy Dart posted eight strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Spanish Fork. The Dons next visit No. 4 Alta in the 5A Super Regionals May 14-15.
SALT LAKE CITY-Mason Papadakis belted a grand slam and the No. 16 Skyline Eagles overpowered No. 17 Bountiful 18-11 Saturday to sweep the RedHawks in this 5A Regionals series. Jackson Kyhl, Kyson Burningham and Mickey Willis drove in two runs apiece in the loss for Bountiful. Skyline next visits No. 1 Maple Mountain May 14-15 in the 5A Super Regionals.

LAYTON, Utah-Jon Olsen homered and the No. 15 Northridge Knights waxed No. 18 Taylorsville 8-1 Saturday to sweep the Warriors Saturday in this 5A Regionals series. Olsen netted six strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Northridge. Northridge next visits No. 2 Brighton May 14-15 in the 5A Super Regionals.
WOODS CROSS, Utah-Paxton Healy, Jackson Bodily and Camden Olsen each drove in a run and the No. 10 Woods Cross Wildcats stymied No. 23 Box Elder 5-1 Saturday to sweep this 5A Regionals series against the Bees. Heston White recorded 10 strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Wildcats.

CLEARFIELD, Utah-Jenna Lloyd drove in four runs and the No. 12 Clearfield Falcons routed No. 21 Woods Cross 15-0 in the first game of this 5A Regionals series Saturday. Lloyd netted two strikeouts in three innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Falcons.
SALT LAKE CITY-Peyton Johnson drove in three runs and the No. 20 Bonneville Lakers upset No. 13 East 13-11 Saturday in the first game of this 5A Regionals series. Rylee Jones posted two strikeouts in 1.1 innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Lakers. Ana Martinez homered in the loss for the Leopards.

WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah-Kenya Lapuaho homered and the No. 15 Hunter Wolverines bested No. 12 Northridge 12-7 Saturday in the first game of this 5A Regionals series. Kinsley Lawrence posted four strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Wolverines. Kaylee Shirreffs drove in three runs in the loss for the Knights.
EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah-Makaylee Barnes homered and the No. 11 Cedar Valley Aviators blitzed No. 22 Skyline 15-5 in the first game of this 5A Regionals series Saturday. Brenley Keele posted three strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win in the circle for Cedar Valley. Callie Cundick, Isabella Rasmussen, Isabelle Rupp and Caroline York drove in a run apiece in the loss for the Eagles.
