ST. GEORGE, Utah-Max Livingston homered and the Wasatch Wasps downed Mater Academy 10-3 Saturday at the Pine View Tournament at Pine View High School. Eddie Bluth netted three strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Wasps. Ian Denney drove in two runs in the loss for the Knights.
ST. GEORGE, Utah-Austin Brown homered twice and Jack Salmon also went yard as the Wasatch Wasps blitzed Richfield 22-2 Saturday at the Pine View Tournament at Pine View High School. Miguel Armendariz netted two strikeouts in two innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Wasps. Kelby Rickenbach homered in the loss for the Wildcats.

Red Rock Tournament @ St. George
ST. GEORGE, Utah-Nyah Snyder drove in two runs and the Crimson Cliffs Mustangs got past Wasatch 6-5 Saturday at the Red Rock Tournament. Jordyn Cluff netted six strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Mustangs. Sydnee McPhie homered in the loss for the Wasps.
ST. GEORGE, Utah-Peyton Sunland drove in a run and the Wasatch Wasps drilled Mountain Crest 9-1 at the Red Rock Tournament Saturday, concluding their participation for the weekend. Izzy Laughery drove in a run in defeat for the Mustangs.

The Wasatch Wasps bested Lehi 2-1 in boys volleyball tournament play Saturday. Ashton Shewell’s 19 kills led the Pioneers in the loss. The Wasps downed the Pioneers 25-18, 23-25, 15-13.
