HEBER CITY, Utah-The Salem Hills Skyhawks routed Wasatch 3-0 in Region 7 girls volleyball play Thursday at The Nest. The Skyhawks soared past the Wasps 25-18, 25-15, 25-5 to decisively prevail in straight sets.

HEBER CITY, Utah-Kesley Jewkes and Vivian Bird each scored and the Maple Mountain Golden Eagles doubled up Wasatch 2-1 Thursday in Region 7 girls soccer play. Maggie Lundquist found the net in defeat for the Wasps.
