HEBER CITY, Utah-The Timpview Thunderbirds bested Wasatch 3-0 Tuesday in Region 7 volleyball play at The Nest. The Thunderbirds prevailed over the Wasps 26-24, 25-18, 25-19 to obtain the straight sets victory.

SPANISH FORK, Utah-Ellie Karl scored twice and the Wasatch Wasps pounded Spanish Fork 4-1 in Region 7 girls soccer play Tuesday. Brigitte Ferreyra and Berkley Binggeli also scored in victory for the Wasps.
