HEBER CITY, Utah-The Uintah Utes overpowered Wasatch 3-0 Thursday in non-region volleyball play at The Nest. The Utes prevailed over the Wasps 25-16, 25-22, 25-21 for the straight sets victory.

Region 7

PROVO, Utah-Berkley Binggeli posted a pair of goals and the Wasatch Wasps edged Timpview 3-2 in Region 7 girls soccer play Thursday. Ellie Karl added another goal in the win for the Wasps. Alora Taylor and Ellie Robertson each scored in the loss for the Thunderbirds.
