PARK CITY, Utah-Will Harris netted 21 points as the Wasatch Wasps crushed Park City 67-40 Tuesday in Region 8 boys basketball action. Lance Gehring added 12 points in the win for the Wasps as they improved to 5-6 with the win and 3-1 in Region 8 play. Alex Obradovich led the Miners in defeat with 13 points. Wasatch is next in action Friday against Maple Mountain at the Nest for a 7:00 pm tip-off.

PARK CITY, Utah-Aspyn Neumann posted 15 points as the Wasatch Wasps pounded Park City 54-13 in Region 8 girls basketball action Tuesday. Kathleen Whiteley netted 4 points in defeat for the Miners. The win improved the Wasps to 6-7 and 2-2 in Region 8 play. Coach Norm Hayer’s squad returns to action Friday at 5:15 at the Nest as they host Maple Mountain.
