OREM, Utah-Jack Jarret amassed a hat trick as the Wasatch Wasps routed Timpanogos 8-0 Friday in Region 8 boys soccer action. Greyson Mercer added two more goals for the Wasps, while Abu Tullis, Edgar Garcia and Richey Suarez also scored for Wasatch. Carson Broadhead posted the shutout in victory for the Wasps.

PROVO, Utah-The Wasatch Wasps fell 3-0 to the Provo Bulldogs Friday in Region 8 baseball action. The Wasps dropped two of the three games in this series. They are next in action Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, weather-permitting, against the Maple Mountain Golden Eagles.
