MIDVALE, Utah-Monday, the first 5-A football RPI rankings were released with Wasatch Football (4-1) checking in at No. 4

The Wasps have bested Park City, Mountain Crest, Viewmont and Spanish Fork while falling to Pleasant Grove September 4.

The No. 1 5-A squad in the RPI is Wasatch’s Region 8 foe Salem Hills as the Skyhawks are 4-0. The rest of the 5-A rankings are as follows: No. 2 Skyline (5-0), No. 3 Brighton (5-0), No. 5 Orem (3-2), No. 6 Lehi (3-2), No. 7 Bonneville (4-1), No. 8 Maple Mountain (4-1; the Wasps’ opponent on Friday), No. 9 Bountiful (3-2), No. 10 Springville (2-3), No. 11 Highland (2-3), No. 12 Alta (2-3), No. 13 Timpview (1-3), No. 14 Provo (2-2), No. 15 Olympus (2-3), No. 16 Mountain Ridge (2-3), No. 17 Spanish Fork (2-3), No. 18 Viewmont (1-3), No. 19 Farmington (1-4), No. 20 Box Elder (1-4), No. 21 Hillcrest (2-3), No. 22 Woods Cross (0-5) and No. 23 Murray (0-5).
