PROVO, Utah-Adarius Edwards threw touchdown passes to Jarin Kalama (15 yards) and Cooper Scott (16 yards) as the Wasatch Wasps improved to 6-1 and 3-0 in Region 8 play with a 30-20 win over Provo Friday.
Because of Gov. Herbert’s mandate dating back to Wednesday, Provo and Orem are currently under orange, or moderate risk. This disallowed fans from attending the game for what was homecoming for the Bulldogs.
Sili Akana added a 9-yard touchdown run for the Wasps and Spencer Risto also ran 5 yards for another Wasatch score.
Ashton Southam added a 13-yard field goal in victory for the Wasps.
Wasatch snapped a two-game losing streak to the Bulldogs and now leads the all-time series against Provo 5-2.
This series dates back to 1950.
