ST. GEORGE, Utah-Monday, Utah Tech men’s basketball head coach Jon Judkins announced the signing of Snow College/former Dixie High School star Kyle Lemke to a financial aid agreement.

Last season, the St. George native averaged 7.8 points per game for the Badgers.

While a Dixie High School star, Lemke helped the Flyers win two Region 9 championships and was a two-time Utah High School Defensive Player of the Year.

Additionally on Monday, the Trailblazers signed Snow Canyon High School guard Owen Mackay.

Mackay last played for the Warriors in 2024 after which he signed with Utah Tech before serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

In his senior season of 2023-24, Mackay averaged 25.6 points and 7.9 rebounds per game for the Warriors, earning Utah Class 4A Player of the Year Award honors from The Deseret News.
