Pacific Coast League

RENO, Nev.-Tyler Locklear homered and the Reno Aces bested Salt Lake 6-4 Tuesday in the first game of a six-game series at Greater Nevada Field in Pacific Coast League play. Isaiah Campbell posted two strikeouts in one inning to earn the win on the mound for the Aces. Josh Lowe homered in the loss for the Bees. Following Tuesday’s results, the Aces improved to 29-35 and the Bees slumped to 32-31. The squads return to action Wednesday at 7:35 pm at Greater Nevada Field for the second game in the series.

Pioneer League

OGDEN, Utah-Will Rogers homered twice and Aidan Redehan, Zach Blazak, Ethan Ott, Kyle Schmack, Anthony Swenda and Vincent Temesvary also went yard as the Great Falls Voyagers overpowered Ogden 22-13 in Pioneer League play Tuesday at Lindquist Field, snapping the Raptors’ 7-game winning streak. Jacob Bell netted a strikeout in 2.1 innings of play to earn the win on the mound for the Voyagers. Chase Valentine homered twice and Colson Lawrence also went yard in the loss for the Raptors. Following Tuesday’s results, the Voyagers improved to 7-12 and the Raptors fell to 10-9. The squds return to action Wednesday at 6:35 pm at Lindquist Field in the second game of the series.
