Colton Gordon posted nine strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Space Cowboys.
Sebastián Rivero homered in the loss for the Bees as they lost their third straight after having won three of their past four.
Following Friday’s results, the Space Cowboys improved to 19-18 while the Bees slumped to 15-21.
The Space Cowboys, who have secured at least a split in this series, can win the series with a victory on Saturday.
