TACOMA, Wash.-Jake Scheiner, Zach DeLoach and Cade Marlowe each homered and the Tacoma Rainiers outgunned Salt Lake 10-8 Friday at Cheney Stadium.
Taylor Williams posted two strikeouts in 1.1 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Rainiers. Williams is 2-0 on the season for Tacoma.
Trey Cabbage and Jo Adell homered in the loss for the Bees.
Tacoma improved to 39-39 on the season while Salt Lake fell to 38-39.
The Bees and Rainiers return to action Saturday at 7:05 pm at Cheney Stadium.

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho-Trevor Halsema, Mark Herron Jr. and Zach May each drove in two runs and the Idaho Falls Chukars broke Ogden’s five-game winning streak with an 8-7 win over the Raptors at Melaleuca Field Friday. Brian Williams posted three strikeouts in 2.2 innings of work for the Chukars to earn the win on the mound for Idaho Falls. Logan Williams homered in the loss for the Raptors.
Ogden fell to 21-11 on the season while Idaho Falls improved to 12-21.
The Raptors and Chukars meet again Saturday at 7:05 pm at Melaleuca Field.
